01 Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between tr555 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("User", "you"). By accessing the tr555 website or any of its services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

03 Account Management

3.1 Login & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your tr555 account password completely confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. Notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized activity on your account.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account. tr555 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access unless it is proven that the breach occurred due to a failure in tr555's own security systems.

3.3 Account Verification

tr555 may conduct KYC verification before large withdrawals or upon detection of suspicious activity. This process may require a copy of your national ID card or passport.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at tr555 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The same minimum limit applies across all payment methods. Accepted payment methods:

For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank can be used. Please make sure to use the correct reference number when making a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount from tr555 is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Once a withdrawal request is approved, it is generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Transaction Verification

tr555 reserves the right to review any transaction to prevent fraud or money laundering. If suspicious activity is detected, a withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold and additional information may be requested.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tr555 offers new users a 150% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. Examples of how the bonus amount is calculated:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total Balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 → Total Balance ৳37,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus).

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within its specified validity period.
• Bonuses are applicable once only; they cannot be claimed again from the same account, device, or IP address.
• Attempting to withdraw before meeting the bonus requirements may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• tr555 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• In any dispute related to promotions, tr555's decision shall be considered final.

5.4 VIP Program

tr555's VIP program has four tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback and other benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades depend on recent gaming activity. Cashback is automatically credited to the account each week.

06 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on tr555 are operated under fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG). If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, tr555 reserves the right to void or re-run that round.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, odds are subject to change and the odds at the time the bet is accepted shall be considered final. Separate rules apply in the event a match is cancelled or left undecided. tr555 reserves the right to reject any bet if suspicious betting patterns are detected.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated in real time, and in the event of a disconnection, game outcomes will be determined by server logs. tr555 is not liable for technical issues during live games, however account credits will be properly restored.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tr555 and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Placing bets on behalf of or in the name of another person (third-party betting)
• Stealing or misusing another user's information
